We finally got around to canning again for this summer. First we hit our favorite produce farm and picked well over 100 pounds of tomatoes.
Then we dumped it all on the table and waited until the next day to get to work.
She managed to get a jar from the box and into the living room several times before I finally just moved the whole box.
It was 6 hours of work, but we had a lot to show for it.
And we have a pot of sauce simmering on the stove. I should be awake enough to can it tomorrow morning.
